Anyone watch Mexico played last night? I got to say, man that game was one of the worst soccer games I have watched in a while. that penalty kick was clearly wrong. If you can’t see that you are either one someone that knows nothing about football or two a Mexican in denial. Don’t even get me started on that red card. Panama played aggressively, but they didn’t deserve a red card. I have seen worst fouls done in the game by Mexico that wasn’t even called out by the ref. The second penalty kick was fair, but that would not have happen if the game had ended the way like it was going to in the first place. The same can be said for their previous game with Costa Rica. even if you know nothing about football you will see that was complete crap. What makes me more upset is those Mexicans out there trying to justify this nightmare. It was Mexico’s fault! You can’t tell me that Mexico just conveniently ha bad ref back to back and they had nothing to do with it. Mexico and the US are the two biggest donors to CONCACAF so it is no wonders that they again conveniently are the two team that wins. CONCACAF is one of the most corrupt branches of FIFA and I don’t think I even need to explain what that mean in FIFA corrupt standards. What happen last night was not the first and sure as hell won’t be the last time. I am not saying Mexico is the worst team out there, but you know you are sucks when you have been winning the past two games with only convenient penalty kicks that your convenient reference was able to provide for you.
The remnants of the night tend to linger in my clothes;
the scent of liquor won’t leave my vest,
nor will that girl’s perfume, who was trying her best
my favorite shirt still smells of cigarette smoke,
or the drunken breath of the older bloke
the unsynchronised beats of the music failed to entice me
no sweat seeped into my skirt, I didn’t set myself free
nor did I get lost in the ogling man’s eyes,
turning him down was his most unpleasant surprise
I didn’t come close to anyone’s lips,
that reeked of mistakes and unfortunate slips
I went home with a friend, who remained by my side
kissed him good night, let everything else slide
And the following morning, when only memories remain
I can wash out the proof of their existence, though to me, it’s all the same
Because at least I can make all these disappear,
while you, I cannot
you are always right here
in my mind, never to be forgot

In honor of Germany’s great win yesterday I would love celebrate by going over the top five kind of Football fans there are out there. I know I have not Blog a lot and won’t be in some time because of school but don’t worry! I will try to post at least once a week okay? Now with out any more delays here are five types of Football (Soccer fans)!
#1. “The Clueless”
This is the easiest to spot because fan has no Idea what the heck is going. They have no idea how the game is played which team are playing or understand the importance of anything Football related! You will often catch them ask ridiculous questions like “how do you score? How long does the game last? they have like four quarters right?”. The reason this fan even bother to watch Football will always change. Some do it just to watch good looking players. Some to impress some they like. Some do it because all their other friends are doing it too and they don’t want to feel left out. This fans are okay as long as they don’t evolve to be the next number on this list…
#2. “The groupies” aka “The fake fans”
Oh come one! you knew this had to be on my list somewhere! They are exactly like the title say…FAKE! They are hard core fans until their team loses. For example there were a lost of people talking trash about Spain and Brazil during this world cup. The problem was a lot of them were fans before both of those team got raped badly. The worst part about a fake fan is they will tell you that they were never a real fan to begin with. When Brazil lost those fake fans were all on social media talking trash about it them when Germany won they all pretended they were Germany’s fan from the start! For any real fan those fan are found to be really annoying.
#3 “The perfect team/player’s fans”
This fans think their team club are players are perfect no matter what!!! no matter how many time they lose. At first you might think they are just die hard fans but you’ll eventfully notice that they are not. Those fans are what I sometime call “the deluded fans”. When their team does lose they will find what ever excuse their is in the book to make it seem like the game was not fair to their team or player. These fans will blame their lost on the referee or a player that was not here or say that the other team was playing too rough. A clear example would be when Brazil lost 7-1 to Germany in this semifinal. Some crazy fans actually had the guts to use the “If Neymar was here this would not have happen” excuse! I mean the guy doesn’t play defense how they hell was he going to help the team not get all those goals???!!! Anyways I am getting off topic here but you know it’s true! Those fans are also will kill you if you ever even dare trash talk about their team.
#4 “The Trash takers” AKA “The Haters”
The are exactly what you think they are. They feed on trash! Those are the fans that root for a team or a player they secretly think isn’t that good so to make themselves fell better that trash talk about other players and teams. Don’t get me wrong everyone trash talk once in a while but if you spend hours on the internet making memes or is constantly sharing and posting them on your social media…you are a trash talker. A classic example would be a Messi fan trash talking how “Gay” CR7. Or a CR7 fan talking about how “useless” Messi is with out Zavi or Iniesta passing to him. In order to know is a fan is a trash talker or not you simply have to mention how badly their team or player did in a game after just wait and the trash talking will being. You will find trash takers trash talking more then saying what accomplishment their player or team actually did.
#5. “The true fan”
Notice how I actually put this one in singular? Yes it’s because there isn’t such fans! Or if such fans does exist they are the only one of his or her kind. Obviously everyone claims that they are a “true” fan but the fact remains it’s not true! To be a true fan you would have to watch every second of game play of your team/player from his beginning to his end. You’re suppose to cry when they cry and celebrate when they win without being annoying or douche face to your friends who might support another team. This kind of fan might still exist but he/she is rare! At the end of the day if we are being honest we all have at some point done something wrong to our team/player or other fans.
So that’s it for this article! I hope you were able to enjoy this. I am a little of #4 and #3 to be honest. What kind of fan are you? What are the types of fans do you think I left out? Let me know in the comment section below!
My football fans! This world cup must be one of the most touching I even seen! If you aren’t fan you need six point to go on to the next stage of the competition. Each game you win you get tree points and you only get to play tree games. Australia and Spain are going home because they lost two games in a row. If you had read my previous rant about my top five teams you would know how happy and sad I am at the same time. Australia has been one of my favorite under dog going in this world cup. They are under rated and are usually one of those team that no one cares about. Well yesterday they changed that for people. They put up a good fight yesterday but lost anyway. Spain in the other hand got raped once again 2-0 against Chile. did they play a nice game? Yes. Did they lose anyways? Yes. Do I feel bad for them? Nope. I wanted Spain to lose this world cup from the beginning! I didn’t care about them before but after them won the last world cup…I hated those guys! I mean how dare they win!!! I am so happy they are going home feeling like crap and to have the worst world record of a so called “former world cup champion”. Australia’s game touched my heart yesterday, they could have tie to say the least if only them didn’t make that one mistake they did ;( I am not going to lie I almost teared up when the game ended. Why???!!! Why did it have to be this way? And don’t even get me started on Tim Cahil’s first goal. That man deserve a cookie. If I ever get to meet him i would give him a cookie!!! You know a world cup is surprising you when some nobody team is giving better goals and performance then a world cup winner. this world cup is bitter sweet, It’s heavy to watch. I want Australia to win against Spain sooo bad 😀 if they do maybe I won’t feel so bad when they go home. For now I am still more sad than happy ;(
